Family Pictures
Well, family pictures are always an adventure! For some reason my whole family gets angry during that time! LOL! JK! It's actually my fault because when I'm taking pictures the control freak comes out in me. I can't help it. It just happens. Anyway, I hope you like them. ~ Callie

New favorite hobby...
OH MY SOUL! Everyone needs a good laugh and I just happen to know how you can get one every day! LOL! You have to try it! You have to google "pictures of monkeys in hot springs, japan". It's one of the most hilarious things I've ever seen! I just about fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard! I had tears running down my face! Here are a couple I came across!

Amazing Blueberry Bread and Sauce
Blueberry Bread
1 cup butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
5 cups all-purpose flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed and patted dry)
Heat oven to 350.
Grease two 9x5 loaf pans.
Cream butter with sugar in large bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to egg mixture alternately with milk. Stir in blueberries gently, making sure not to bust. Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tests done. Cool in pans. Store in frig or freezer up to 1 month.
Blueberry 'N' Spice Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2-2/3 cup hot water (I used the whole 2/3 cup)
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
In small sauce pan combine first four ingredients; gradually stir in water. Cook over medium low heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Add blueberries and continue stirring until sauce comes back to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm over ice cream or cake.
I figured why not start the new blog with a great recipe! It is amazing and super easy! I got it from Mrs. Charlotte and I'm passing it on to you! Enjoy! :)
